Return Policy

  • Returns
    All sales are final. We only accept returns or exchanges for items damaged in transit (see below) within 5 days of the delivery date.
  • Refunds & Exchanges
    1. E-mail us at to alert us of the damage no later than 5 days after the delivery of the order.
    2. Return the damaged item to us.
    3. Upon receipt of the damaged item we will ship out a replacement, if available.
    4. If a replacement is not available we will refund the full purchase price of your item.  
  • Refunds (if applicable)
    1. You will be notified that we have received your returned item and whether or not your refund request has been approved.
    2. If so, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be posted to your credit card or PayPal account within a certain amount of days. 
  • Exchanges (if applicable)
    1. We only replace damaged items.
    2. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at

    4. We will ship out a replacement, if available.
  • Shipping

    2. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
    3. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
    4. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
    5. Depending on where you live, the time for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
    6. If the item you are shipping has a value of more than $100, you may want to consider using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item.
